Kohentra tries to answer three simple questions: what deserves my attention, why, and what should normally have happened and didn't.
It rebuilds the business context around each situation - history, relations between objects, expected events - before submitting an explainable proposal to a human decision.
Specialized capabilities, orchestrated
Rather than one generic engine, Kohentra mobilizes specialized capabilities for specific business situations: billing, case closure, business relation coherence, missing expected events.
An orchestration layer decides which capability to call, and avoids re-triggering an already-resolved analysis.
