Knowing when a case can actually be closed
Identify business objects (interventions, cases) whose planned lines all lie in the past, without closing a case that still has an expected follow-up.
Active capability
Identify business objects (interventions, cases) whose planned lines all lie in the past, without closing a case that still has an expected follow-up.
A case left open out of caution piles up with hundreds of others and ends up hiding the ones that actually matter. Closing it too early, on the other hand, loses track of a follow-up that's still expected (billing, a future line, related activity).
Kohentra examines the object's lines (past or future dates), analysis results already produced by other capabilities (for instance billing already judged consistent), and third-party objects linked to the same case.
Kohentra never closes anything itself: it gathers the temporal evidence and the results already established by other agents, so the same situation isn't re-analyzed in a loop or contradicted by an earlier decision.
Object closure agent: proposes closing only when every planned line lies in the past and no billing result stands against it.
A proposal to close, a reasoned decision to keep the case open, or a request for further human verification when the available data isn't enough to conclude.
The decision to actually close the case stays human and happens in the existing business tool, never automatically by the agent.
The proposal explicitly relies on the observed dates and, when it exists, on a result already produced by another agent (billing) - never on an unproven assumption.
