Memory

Has this situation already been reviewed?

Nothing wears people down like a settled alert that comes back every morning. Kohentra remembers what you decided, and what its agents concluded.

Example situation
What lands in your queue
What you are shown

A queue that fills up only with what is new, or with what has genuinely changed.

The reasoning, at a glance

  1. A situation has already been settled
  2. Kohentra re-analyses your activity
  3. Same facts: your decision stands
  4. Facts changed: reopened, and labelled as such

The problem

Analyses run all the time. Without memory, every pass recreates what you just dismissed, and every agent redoes yesterday’s work. That is how notifications nobody reads are born.

What Kohentra looks at

Decisions already made, the facts each situation rested on, and the conclusions agents have already recorded.

What Kohentra does

Kohentra recognises a situation by a fingerprint computed from its facts. As long as the facts are the same, your decision stands. If they change, the situation reopens, presented as a reopening rather than something new. And if the source data resolves the situation on its own, it closes by itself.

Expertise involved

Agent orchestration: before launching an analysis, Kohentra checks what is already solved or already in progress. Pointless work is never started.

What you are shown

A queue that fills up only with what is new, or with what has genuinely changed.

What you decide

“Review later” brings a situation back on the date you choose; “Already handled” and “Not relevant” take it out of the queue.

Why you can check it

Every reopening says why it happened. And a judgement you gave on an agent’s conclusion is never silently carried over if the subject has changed since: it is excluded from the count, and flagged.

Other questions Kohentra settles

Collections

Is this late payment really a concern?

An overdue invoice is not necessarily a problem. Kohentra lets the grace period you set run its course before it bothers you.

Invoicing

Should this work have been invoiced?

An intervention finished, a contract still active, an order delivered… and invoicing that never followed. Kohentra tells a normal delay from a genuine miss.

Interventions

Can this intervention really be closed?

Close too early and you lose a follow-up still due. Close too late and it buries the ones that matter. Kohentra tells you when every condition is met.

Every situation comes with its evidence.
